Agreement to Terms

By contacting Cool Hand HVAC, LLC ("Cool Hand HVAC," "we," "us," or "our") — whether by phone, text message, or through our website — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or communicate with us.


Services

Cool Hand HVAC provides HVAC installation, repair, maintenance, and related services to residential and commercial customers in Burns, TN and surrounding areas. Service availability, scheduling, and pricing are subject to change without notice.


SMS / Text Messaging Program


Program Description

Cool Hand HVAC operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with customers regarding appointment confirmations, service scheduling, technician dispatch updates, and HVAC service follow-ups.


How to Opt In

You opt in to receive SMS messages from Cool Hand HVAC by:

  • Calling Cool Hand HVAC and speaking with our AI voice agent, who will inform you that you may receive a follow-up text message; and
  • Replying YES to the confirmation SMS we send following your call.

Messages are only sent to customers who complete both steps. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of receiving HVAC services.


How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message from Cool Hand HVAC. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, reply START.

Message Frequency

Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by your mobile carrier. Cool Hand HVAC is not responsible for any charges incurred through your mobile carrier.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to your mobile carrier's network and coverage.


No Guarantee of Delivery

Cool Hand HVAC does not guarantee the delivery of any SMS message. We are not responsible for messages that are delayed, undelivered, or blocked by your mobile carrier.


Appointments and Scheduling

  • Service appointments are subject to technician availability.
  • Please provide accurate location and contact information when scheduling.
  • Cool Hand HVAC reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to weather, emergency calls, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • A reasonable notice period is appreciated for cancellations or rescheduling.


Pricing and Payment

  • Service estimates are provided in good faith and are subject to change based on actual conditions found on-site.
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Cool Hand HVAC reserves the right to update pricing without prior notice.


Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cool Hand HVAC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or communications. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.


Intellectual Property

All content on coolhandhvactn.com, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Cool Hand HVAC, LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.


Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Dickson County, Tennessee.
